Scale paint
« on: October 25, 2023, 12:37:20 PM »
Hi, I have an idea for improving the FP. We often deal with the size of e.g. perennials, shrubs etc. Usually this can be done using scale falloff. However, we often need to make an area somewhere in the middle with smaller shrubs. This already requires switching to custom edit and manually shrinking them. Yes, it can be done with an effect, but a classic paint would be much more efficient and affordable.
This can also be done as a map in Transform in scale. But that means leaving FP and drawing somewhere else :-(

Hi,

Thanks for the suggestion. As you point out, this could be done with an Effect, but we have been discussing extending brush based features. I'll add your vote!

Cheers,

Paul
