I am also very much wanting to know about support for Vray5 as well. Like Terri, I use FP for pretty much every single project I do. I'm just starting a new arch viz project tomorrow and would really like to start using Vray5 for it.
I have installed Vray5 for Max 2021. I set up a simple plane with vray sun/sky and vray camera. I created a generated FP object and picked a spruce tree form my FP library. On render, with vray5 I got a window with a warning about couple of missing (I think FP) dll. I chose ignore or continue and the trees rendered perfectly as far as I can tell.
So, my questions
1) Can you be more specific about when a FP for vray5 may be available?
2)It seems on first brief trial and despite the missing dll warning message like the current FP works with vray5. Any reason not to use it?
Thanks for any help with this and I love FP and can't work without it.
