Library CreateItem>3dObject not available

Hi,
   Just learning how to use FPP and am trying to create a new custom library with some vizpark shrubs.  I was follwing the tutorial just fine until I get to the part when I am supposed to right-click in the left view panel on the green folder where I want to create the new item and there is no option listed for "Create Item> 3D Object" available to click on.  Any suggestions?

I am working in 3ds max 2016 and vray 3.2, with the Forest Pack Pro, NOT LITE.

I see You have already created a folder of Libraries- Vizapark
and bunch of Libraries:
VP Real Flowers
VP Real Shrubs
.....

Now that You selected VP Real Scrubs library, You should right click on left Black Screen. And create new items there:

OK, but you meant to say right click on the RIGHT side of the library browser, in the blank screen.  Not the LEFT side.  The pdf is just a little misleading also, as it looks like you are right-clicking over something on the left side. the pdf could stand to have an updated image maybe making it clearer.  I have to admit when I watched the video I did not pick up on the fact the speaker right clicks on the right side of the browser, on a second viewing it's clear as day.
