Bonnet tile roof issue
« on: June 11, 2025, 03:55:39 pm »
So, it is anoying that even having the pro versions I can't comment in the correct board due to this forum system. It would be nice from Itoo to realize that those who use the software and need to ask questions, very often do not even have the log in for itoo (it is a company that pays the licenses, it is in the company owners name but it is not the owner that uses the software!). with that said here is my issue.

Followed the tutorial for bonnet roof tiles, but I get tiles completely going out of the spline and doing a huge loop that almost crashes the computer.
As you can see in attached image. why are those tiles just going nuts?

Thanks

So.. Max crashed and when re-open the issue was gonne....
Not sure what was cousing it, I wonder if it was the fillet amount for corners in the 1S Generator.

Hi Filipe,

First, please note that your forum account can easily be associated with your 'Pro' license account via the User Panel > Forum > Forum Accounts section.

Since it’s difficult to determine exactly what’s happening in your scene based on the provided screenshots, we’d appreciate it if you could send us the scene file — ideally simplified and containing only the problematic object(s), so we can review it here. Thank you in advance for any additional comments or details you can share regarding this issue.
