Create a curtain wall with different defaults
« on: August 21, 2024, 03:29:53 PM »
Hello,

I want to create a parametric curtain wall with two defaults, one with just glass and other with a awning window.
I have no trouble in creating a simple curtain wall with the A2S macros.
My trouble is adding a window to the default.

Ideally the pattern should be:
A, A, A, A, A, A
A, B, A, A, B, A.
A, A, A, A, A, A

A= glass, B= window

I have a RC license but it's from my employer

Best regards

Hi!

Thanks for the question. You should be able to achieve that using the Sequence nodes as follows

I hope that helps, please let me know if you have further questions.

Hello Paul,

Thank you for your response!

With that method the window segments will be streched, right?

I have the window rcslices as well.

Ah, OK that looks a little more complex. Any chance you could upload what you have so far so I can be more precise in my recommendations?

Many thanks
