Frank Gehry Titanium Panels

Is it possible to do this with RailClone?

Essentially, I'd like to have 5 slightly different panels with the same dimensions randomly distributed in an A2S generator, but have each row slightly shifted by a certain amount like in the sample textures.  I only want to use this to distribute the panels for creating the textures as in the tutorial above.
