boundary spline problems

Hello guys!
I'm doing a floor parquet and i use the preset library to create it.

1. i create the spline from surface border (create shape from selection)
2. reset xform
3. apply it to railclone

But it gives me a bad geometry in some places like in the screenshot  (I've created a spline from scratch and it wont have any issues, the problem is when i have to extract spline from surfaces)

How am i supposed to extract splines from surfaces so that railclone wont have problems ?

It is infamous boolean function. It sometimes misbehaves if using inappropriate measuring units. I always use cm/cm setting with good results.


Opening Your scene and converting Your scene to my units opens scene fine.
