Conditional Equal/Not and String Input

I know it is a long shot but I have to ask 
Would it be possible to have Conditionals Equal and Not to work with string-type parameters? This would be a very powerful feature!

It's in the roadmap.

Although really i was thinking to support strings in expressions, so you can not only compare strings, but also generate them.
In fact, my idea was to include it in RC5, but the expression's engine is a bit tricky, and we didn't to delay the release more time.
