I can't force instance when converting to mesh.

I can't force instance when converting to mesh. I don't know what I'm doing wrong, I tried disabling the slice option and still nothing, I didn't have a problem with it before.I know that not all objects are converted to instance if they were modified on the path but here most are unchanged and still I can't get instance. Could you see what I did wrong. Thank you very much.

Hi,

Thanks for letting us know about this, it would appear you have spotted a bug. At present it would appear that before instantiating, you need to switch to a renderer that supports native instancing with RailClone. This could be V-Ray, Corona, or Arnold. After instantiating, you can switch back to any other renderer you like.

Apologies for that, we'll fix this issue so that it's not necessary to switch renderers in future.

Best

Paul
