thank you for the quick reply. I just checked and I received a technical support email, but still no luck with the license code.
the one you sent me last wednesday never reached me, which is funny as I got all other emails itoo sent me. including the one with the code for the new forestpack version. it seems the only ones I'm not getting are the ones with the railclone codes.
don't know what happened with the messages I sent either, they seemed to be confirmed as correctly sent. I tried both with the "contact us" form, and the "resend key" one. I'll send you the test message now, lets see what happens.
