When I click to add a railclone, the dialog takes about 30 seconds to load. It is going to my OneDrive, which is how Windows 11 handles things.

Hi,

I'm sorry to hear, you're facing these troubles. We don't recommend using any "cloud storage service" like One Drive or Google Drive as a location for saving the libraries as it creates a virtual file system that loads the data from the cloud and caches it elsewhere. We'd recommend locating the library on a local drive somewhere instead to avoid any possible issues. Thanks for your comprehension.

Hi,

Corresponding folders can be moved like any other folder(s) and once done, it can be mapped by using the Add... button of the Library Browser's Library Paths section, which can be accessed under File - Preferences ... That should do the trick.

Ideally, you should define the installation folder within the system registry - please check the following link regarding the recommendable way:

Let me mention, that in addition to the "network paths set-up" links, using environment variables can be a good option.
