Good morning,
I can't weld the panels to the support (same segment).

This is hapenning because the geometry is following the surface. The top panels are divided into 3 so can follow the curvature of the ground, but the metal support bar is not. You can add additional edge loops at those points on the support bar so that the deformation matches.
