Hello.
When the RC Slice modifier is added to the object, there is a problem with the UV of the object.

Hi,

I'm sorry to hear that you're facing these troubles. I've done some tests using 3ds Max 2024.2 Update, V-Ray 6 Update 2 & RC 6.1.5, but I can't reproduce these troubles here. Can you please send us the problematic scene? Ideally, if you'll be able to reproduce it on a minimal scene, that would be great. Thanks in advance.

Best regards,

Thank you very much for providing the scene. It seems that there is a viewport issue related to the evaluation of the modifier stack - specifically the UVW Map modifier. You can easily "refresh" it by using the icon on the left side of the UVW Map modifier or by right-clicking and selecting Off, then right-clicking again and selecting On. We'll check what can be done.

Best regards,

sean
