File open error

hello, I am trying to use models from the libraries but when I load any of them I get the following error,
I have searched for the files and tried to open them independently and I get this error, I have also deleted and redownloaded the files and they seem to download corrupt.
Is there any solution?

only happens to me with the models in the architecture/exterior/fences/metal category.

Hi,

I would suggest you reinstall the problematic package in the following way from the Update Manager:

• If you cannot see installed packages, Go to the View menu and select Installed Packages.
• Click on the "i" icon for the package you'd like to remove (the Metal one in your case).
• From the Details Dialog, click Uninstall.
• Hit the Install button at the bottom of the Update Manager.
