Curve Steps - default value is 0
« on: February 13, 2025, 02:10:13 PM »
RC 7.0.3b
The default value for Curve Steps is 0 so when you add the Shape-> Curve operator you get a square representation.

Edit:
I know there is an override curve step option in  Transform Operator but it would be ok if we could have this option for Circle Shape in Shape Operator.

I cannot reproduce this. According to our data, default value for Steps is 6.
Please can you upload a test scene ?

It is not scene-based. Both 3dsmax 2024 & 2025 on the fresh scene have the same results for Curve Steps.

When this parameter is zero, it uses Curve Steps defined in the spline object.
So it has not effect with the default value.
