I got a crash in Max, and your support team requests me the minidump file. How can i get it ?
You can get the minidump clicking "View report details->View report contents", checking the path of the "3dsmax_minidump.dmp" file and making a copy of it, before closing the 3ds Max Error Report window.

Note: please be sure to upgrade to the latest update of plugin, 3DS Max and render engine, before sending us a minidump. As general rule, we only analyze minidumps of the latest software version.
