Hello,
In my scenes I like to keep certain things at the top of the Scene and Layer Explorers, so they are easy to get to, as my scenes usually have a lot of entries in these. I do this by prefixing the layer name or object name with an underscore. Forest Pack does the same with reference geometry, but in a bad way IMO. Right now, in the Scene Explorer it adds reference geometry to the Scene Explorer root, which pushes everything else down. It would be much cleaner if it instead created a dummy node maybe named "_forest templates" at the SE root and placed all reference geometry as a child of that. That way the node could be collapsed. And then also use the same name for the layer they go on, so that it remains at the top of the Layer Explorer. This IMO would tidy up things a lot for those of us that use the SE constantly.
