What Max version do you use ?
If you use Max 2022 or 2023, please check if RCEdit.dll exists in the Max root folder. If so, delete it.

In latest updates, plugin files are installed at C:\ProgramData\Autodesk\ApplicationPlugins, but we detected some cases where old files are not removed correctly from the Max folder, causing a conflict.

From your dwi, i see your RCEdit.dll is installed at f:\test\plugins (and not dependency issues), but i cannot see if there is one additional RCEdit.dll in the Max folder.

It was an unpack, not an install and i didn't realize that you guys have adopted the new plugins structure.
I was able to sort everything out.
